Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The bail application of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 62196 of 2019. This is the second attempt.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15925 of 2020(2) dt.14-07-2020 2/2 has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

There is no fresh ground advanced on behalf of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
