The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the postmortem report as well as the allegations made in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
