The grievance of the petitioner is that despite his appeal bearing Appeal No. 1 of 2015 being pending before the Conservator of Forest, Patna Circle, Patna, a show cause notice dated 30.12.2017 has been issued, directing the petitioner to submit his show cause reply as to why his Saw Mill should not be closed. It is also the contention of the petitioner that despite the appeal being pending, the Saw Mill is being sought to be closed.

In view of the limited grievances and prayer of the petitioner herein, the present writ petition is disposed of with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.2104 of 2018 dt.25-10-2018 2/2 direction to the Conservator of Forest, Patna Circle, Patna to dispose of the pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today till which time, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein.
