JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 4.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 15297 of 2017 and vide order dated4.7.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 39501 of 2018. The allegation against the petitioner is of commission of rape.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and moreover he is in custody since 22.11.2016 and only two witnesses have been examined as yet.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9644 of 2019(2) dt.21-02-2019 2/2 trial and try to conclude it as early as possible. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
