JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2017 This application has been filed for seeking quashing of then Government notification No. 1493, dated 16.10.2017, whereby Mr. Vijay Kumar Pandey, Joint Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna was appointed as appellate authority under Bihar Madrasa Education Board Act, 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the Act).

Learned Government Advocate No. 12 has produced

Patna High Court CWJC No.15612 of 2017(3) dt.21-11-2017 2/2 before me a notification, dated 20.11.2017, issued by the Education Department, Government of Bihar appointing one Binod Kumar Singh, Special Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar as the appellate authority under the said provision.

This application has thus, become infructuous, in view of the subsequent notification issued by the Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar. Needless to say that the appeal, which are pending before said Vijay Kumar Pandey, Joint Director, Secondary Education, Govt. of Bihar, shall stand immediately transferred to the newly appointed appellate authority through notification, dated 20.11.2017.
