This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No.237 of 2021/NDPS Act Case No.67 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 25(a-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3.

Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 24.05.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.28628 of 2023.

There is recovery of one loaded country made pistol, eight live cartridges and some amount of ganja from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in eleven more criminal cases.

I see no reason to review my earlier order dated 24.05.2023. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.
