2. The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2015 in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 400 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 354, 376 and 511 IPC.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of amount due for the milk supplied by the petitioner.

4. Learned APP has been heard who opposes the bail petition on the basis of case diary.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K.
