2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dalsingh Sarai P.S. Case No. 416 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498(A), 34 of IPC and 3⁄4 D.P. Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. Vide order dated 13.05.2025, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The matter has been resolved between the parties, and they have compromised the case.

6. The terms and conditions of the agreement between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14350 of 2025(4) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 parties are annexed with the report of the Mediation Centre. According to the terms and conditions, the petitioner shall pay Rs. 4,50,000 to Opposite Party No. 2. The mode of payment and the installments have been agreed between the parties in paragraph no. 3 of the compromise petition. According to paragraph no. 5 of the compromise petition, opposite party no. 2 will withdraw an amount of Rs. 1,50,000, after obtaining a decree of divorce.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Dalsingh Sarai in connection with Dalsingh Sarai P.S. Case No. 416 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

8. In case either of the parties retracts from the terms and conditions of the agreement, the learned Court below may pass appropriate orders.
