This seems to be wholly misconceived writ application inasmuch as it appears on perusal of the records that the licenses of the petitioners lapsed/expired long back. In respect of some of them the licenses expired in the year 200809, 2010-11 & 2013-14. The petitioners are moving this court after lapse of so

Patna High Court CWJC No.4720 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 many years without there being any explanation for moving at this stage after long lapse of time. The writ application simply states that after 2012 no license is being renewed. In the opinion of this court, these are the matters of policy decision and if the petitioners have not raised any grievance for more than 6-8 years, this court is not willing to exercise it's discretionary power to entertain this writ application at this stage.

This writ application stands dismissed.
