On getting confidential information, a raid was conducted at the house of the petitioner who managed to escape while two persons, namely, Shiv Shankar Kumar and Baban Prasad were arrested in drunkard condition. Furthermore, on search 50 litres of country made wine has been seized from his house. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as is evident from para 3 of the petition and is under custody since 06.01.2020.

Accordingly, the petitioner, Kanhaiya Chaudhary @ Kanhaiya Prasad Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
