2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Naanpur P.S. Case No. 529 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable u/s 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 118(2), 303(2), 325 and 351(2) of the B.N.S.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the petitioner's niece is going to be solemnized on 11.05.2025.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the other co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that from perusal of the FIR, it is evident that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is next submitted that the petitioner is the member of the mob and for the same incident a counterblast case was also lodged by one Ragni Kumari. It is further submitted that the injuries which are sustained by the prosecution side are simple in nature. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has clean criminal antecedents and is in custody since 30.10.2024.

6. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has stated that the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions of the parties and taking into account the fact that no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner coupled with the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2024, let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Sitamarhi, in connection with Naanpur P.S. Case No. 529 of 2024.

8. The application stands allowed.
