Petitioners are named in the first information report along with others but omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against petitioners. Co- accused, Harideo Das and Bikki Mandal have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. The impugned order does not reflect any specific allegation against these petitioners, who do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 25-08-2015.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54348 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.
