JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition, however, seeks direction upon the Certificate Officer to dispose of the ongoing certificate proceeding after considering the objection already filed by the petitioner herein.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the Certificate Officer, Sitamarhi to dispose of the ongoing Certificate Case No. 37 of 2014-15, after considering the objection filed by the petitioner herein as also after securing presence of the respondent no.4 i.e. Yogendra Kumar, who is the actual owner of the truck. Till passing of the final order by the Certificate Officer, it is directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein.
