2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 199 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 308(5), 318(4) of the BNS, 2023.

3. The informant claims the land, in dispute to be the purchased land of his father. As per allegation, co-accused Manish and Arjun, on the basis of some forged documents got mutated their names and sold that land to different FIR-named accused persons, including the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the purchaser of the land and if the land is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9596 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 adjudicated to be in the name of the informant, the petitioner himself shall become a victim. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedents and is under custody since 14.12.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner and other accused persons disturbed the possession of the informant on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Begusarai in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 199 of 2024, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
