No. 17176 of 2020 to the effect that the petitioners be permitted to mark attendance before the learned court below instead of before the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station, however, seeks liberty to approach this Court for modification of the said order dated 14.09.2020, after the charges are framed in the connected case.
