Let the defects, if any, pointed out by the office be removed within four weeks from the date of this order, failing which the matter be listed again under the appropriate heading for necessary action.

Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 416 of 2022 dated 07.11.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32 and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. 4.
The main submissions advanced by learned senior counsel for petitioners are that the instant matter relates to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11576 of 2023(2) dt.21-04-2023 2/2 recovery of 142.920 litres of foreign liquor and the same was recovered from two vehicles and the seized wine was not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they have been languishing in jail since 08.11.2022 and they have fair and clean antecedent.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioners.

Considering the above submissions and mainly the petitioners' fair and clean antecedent and their custody period, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of concerned Court in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 416 of 2022.
