The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nagar town Hajipur P.S. Case No.269 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act. Referring to the prosecution case learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three unknown persons attacked the informant and his brother and snatched beg from the possession of the informant which contains jewellery approximate worth Rs. 4 1⁄2 lakhs and took bike in which jewellery worth of Rs. 1 1⁄2 lakhs was kept. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.6.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained

No.11582 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 in custody for more than seven months, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Nagar Town P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017 subject to condition that both bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
