2. The accused/petitioner is named in F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with G.R. No. 2287 of 2024 arising out of Birpur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against above named petitioner is to kidnap the daughter of the informant alongwith co-accused persons/family members with intention to force or seduce her for illicit intercourse with another person.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is maternal grand father of co-accused Deepak Kumar and just on the basis of suspicion he was implicated with present case, which alleged to be taken place on 30.05.2024. It is further submitted that FIR in issue was lodged after five days of the occurrence, where the thrust of allegation is available against co-accused Deepak Kumar. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and by taking note of fact as the above named petitioner is maternal grand father of the main co-accused Deepak Kumar, out of which he appears prima facie implicated with the present occurrence, where FIR in issue appears to be lodged after five days of the occurrence, coupled with fact as petitioner is a man of clean antecedents, accordingly, above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks of the order, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6893 of 2025(3) dt.05-03-2025 3/3 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Cum Addl. Magistrate, Begusarai/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with G.R. No. 2287 of 2024 arising out of Birpur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C./482(2) of the BNSS.
