The petitioner seeks bail in Nautan P.S. Case No. 394 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner went at the clinic of Vaidya Hafiji on the bike of his neighbour Arun Kumar and parked the same in front of the door. After treatment when he returned he did not find the bike. On enquiry from the local people he learnt that petitioner along with one unknown person was found roaming near the bike and they took away the bike.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No stolen motorcycle has been recovered from conscious possession of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S.
