The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S.case No.251 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 420 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 30(a) , 35 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioners is about recovery of 57.600 ltrs. of liquor from the vehicle of the petitioners and the petitioners were arrested from there..

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody for more than one month.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge (Excise), Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S.case No.251 of 2019 with condition to cooperate in the investigation. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
