2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. Nirmali Bheldi P.S. Case No. 58 of 2012 instituted for the offence u/s 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 13.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65498 of 2023 with a direction to expedite the trial at the earliest.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 6.4.2024 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the case is fixed for adducing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12474 of 2024(4) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 prosecution evidence and the trial is likely to be concluded within six months.

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.

7. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of four months, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Amandeep/- U T
