The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that a girl aged about 17-18 years has gone along with the petitioner on the allurement of marriage. Later on she was returned and she made her statement about taking her on the allurement of marriage and has committed wrong.

Looking to the age of the girl, let petitioner, Dipak Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West
