2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- This writ application has been filed for issuance of a writ to restrain the respondents to construct Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan over Rayati land of the petitioner's bearing is Khata No.

75 Khesra No. 186, area 5 katha land, Thana No. 296, situated in village and P.O. Shasan, P.S.- Hasanpur, District Samastipur.

3. The land where the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan is proposed to be constructed, has been entered in the revenue

Patna High Court CWJC No.1842 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 records as Anabad Bihar Sarkar. The petitioner claims the land to be his raiyati land and admittedly, a title suit is going on.

4. The petitioner may seek relief before the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
