The petitioner, namely, Ajay Kumar is in custody since 04.08.2014 in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.1190 of 2013 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that the unknown persons snatched the motorcycle and mobile of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that motorcycle has not been recovered still today. The only mobile has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and that only mobile has been recovered from possession of the petitioner, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
