JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioenr happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and according to the prosecution case, when the deceased got burn injury, she was brought to the hospital by her in-laws. Moreover, mother-in-law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S.Case No. 141 of 2014.
