The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 549 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that on perusal of seizure list, it would be evident that the alleged

Hence, petitioner does not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on behalf of the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
