Mr. Additional Solicitor General ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 24-04-2025 This Court vide judgment dated 18.02.2025 has dismissed the CWJC No. 15470 of 2022.

2. The petitioner party in person has stated that he was constrained to file the present writ petition as the proceedings before the Labour Court have been stalled due to the stay on 30.11.2022 granted by this Court in the abovementioned CWJC.

3. Having regard to the fact that the CWJC No. 15470

Patna High Court CWJC No.2594 of 2025(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 of 2022 has already been dismissed on 18.02.2025, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted. The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Labour Court in the pending Complaint Case No. 01(C) of 2023 and the same should be decided in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
