JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 It is submitted that in the prayer portion of the petition, inadvertently, "Railway Court, Katihar" has been mentioned in place of "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya" and due to that, same mistake occurred in the order dated 30-092015 by which, the petitioner has been granted bail. Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition in course of the day.

Accordingly, order dated 30-09-2015 passed by this court, is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the order, the word "Railway Court, Katihar" mentioned in the order be read as "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya". (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
