JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for removing the encroachment made over the Gairmazarua Aam land bearing Khata no. 271, Plot no. 1345, area 300 acre under Mauza Padrawan, Circle-Konch, Sub Division Tikari, DistrictGaya but it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, by referring to paragraph no. 11 of the counter affidavit, that a land Encroachment case no. 07 of 2019-20 has already been initiated for removal of the said encroachment in
Patna High Court CWJC No.7601 of 2018(2) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 question.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Circle Officer, Koch, Gaya to culminate the aforesaid encroachment proceedings by passing final orders and removing the encroachment in question, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
