JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 22-06-2015 In view of the order dated 27.1.2015, the petitioner was released on provisional bail and the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The Mediation Centre has reported that the dispute between both the parties has been resolved through the process of Mediation and in view of the terms of the settlement mutually agreed upon by both the parties, the provisional bail is hereby confirmed and the other conditions mentioned in the order dated 27.1.2015 shall remain intact.
