357. However, the petitioner may represent before the Director, Primary Education, Bihar for redressal of his grievance.

3. The petitioner, if so desires, may file representation for redressal of his grievance before the respondent no.2 - the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, who is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Ran Vijay Singh (supra) expeditiously.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
