2. In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the Accountant General that subsequent to sending of the correct sanction order on 07.04.2018, authority has also been issued in favour of the petitioner on 13.04.2018. The Court finds that the writ petition has served its purpose and accordingly, the same stands disposed off.
3. The Court would records its appreciation at the promptness shown on the part of the Accountant General in issuing
Patna High Court CWJC No.2778 of 2018 dt.18-04-2018 2/2 the authority. Further, the Court would direct the Treasury Officer, Saran at Chapra to ensure that actual payment is credited into the account of the petitioner within two weeks of him serving a copy of this order and completing the formalities required.
4. To facilitate matters, let the Treasury Officer, Saran at Chapra be impleaded as respondent no. 5. Necessary correction be made by learned counsel for the petitioner in the cause title of the writ petition during the course of the day. Learned counsel for the State has accepted notice on his behalf.
