JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 11.09.2018 passed by this Court in CWJC no. 1741 of 2016, whereby and whereunder the petitioner was granted liberty to approach the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Sasaram for redressal of his grievance. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of approaching the said authority, he filed a petition under a mistaken belief before the District Programme Officer,

Patna High Court MJC No.369 of 2019(3) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 Rohtas at Sasaram for redressal of his grievance, hence it is prayed that the time granted for approaching the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Sasaram vide earlier order of this Court dated 11.09.2018 be extended by a period of further four weeks from today.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to modify the earlier order of this Court dated 11.09.2018 to the effect that the petitioner is now granted liberty to approach the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Sasaram by filing appropriate petition within a period of four weeks from today. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 11.09.2018 passed in CWJC no. 1741 of 2016.
