This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.01.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.35653 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to mistake in the last paragraph of first page of order dated 31.01.2022 the name of Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Sinha, learned Senior counsel, has been mentioned in place of Ms. Mukul Kumari, learned counsel for the informant.

Accordingly, the sentence "It has been submitted by Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Sinha, learned Senior Counsel" appearing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7706 of 2022(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 in last paragraph of the order dated 31.01.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.35653 of 2020 be read as "It has been submitted by Ms. Mukul Kumari, learned counsel for the informant". Further, the time granted to the petitioner no.2 to surrender in the learned Court below is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
