JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of injuries, which are 2 cm long and 1⁄2 cm long caused by hard and blunt object and the allegation of having given blow by iron rod, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
