JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The husband of the deceased has already been granted the privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. So far as the petitioner is concerned, she happens to be second wife of the husband of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No.129 of 2014 (G.R. No. 2284 of 2014) to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar.
