Case No. 41 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act. Allegation is of recovery of 91 pieces of cartridges from the house of the petitioner, apart from that he is accused in 10 other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody since 3.10.2019.

Heard learned APP also.

Considering the allegation and criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6851 of 2020(3) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 trial.
