The petitioners are accused in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.124 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 376, 511 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioners are that on 13.08.2014 at about 9.30 P.M. in the night petitioners entered into the house of informant Bebi Devi and tried to commit rape, when informant raised alarm, then she was assaulted by the accused persons and her gold chain has been snatched by petitioner Sanoj Paswan.

No.46705 of 2015 (3) dt.12-02-2016 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are co-villagers of the informant and due to dispute of money in between the petitioners and husband of the informant, the present case has been got managed to file by the husband of the informant with false allegation of entering into the house and making attempt of rape upon the informant. Further submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.08.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial Area P.S.
