JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the petitioner prays for issuing writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ commanding the respondents not to interfere with the working and smooth functioning of the adhoc committee of Sarvoday Ashram, Khadi Gramodyog Vibhag, Rani Patra, Purnea of which the petitioner is
Patna High Court CWJC No.17817 of 2016(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 secretary and provide all kinds of protection including restoring of possession of its documents for operating the funds and restrain the registering authorities from renewing the registration of the old managing committee which has become defunct and inoperative in view of the order of this Hon'ble court passed on 05.10.2015 in C.W.J.C. No.- 17052 of 2011."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
