One country made loaded pistol, four live cartridges, one mobile set and one motorcycle are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

So far as mobile and motorcycle are concerned, it is submitted that the aforesaid articles belong to the petitioner. It is submitted that for recovery of fire arm and cartridges, petitioner remains in jail custody since 18.2.2015. Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as facts and circumstances and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about nine cases, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Antichak P.S. Case no. 07/2015 pending in the court of Sri R.R. Raman, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur/

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46739 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 concerned court stands rejected, at least, at this stage. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
