No. 16256 of 2017 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

2. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 to 6 Annexure-B whereof being an order dated 03.04.2018

Patna High Court MJC No.1121 of 2018 dt.30-08-2018 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

3. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1121 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
