Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted by the order dated 12.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 45972 of 2021, whereby the petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges were framed on 15.11.2021 but for want of proper instruction, the same could not be brought to the notice of the Court at the time of passing of the order dated 12.01.2022. Learned senior counsel further submits that similarly situated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9839 of 2022(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 co-accused, Golden Kumar has been granted bail vide order dated 24.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 56999 of 2021. In view of the liberty granted and since the charges stood framed prior to the passing of the order dated 12.01.2022, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with POCSO Case No. 23 of 2021 arising out of Darihat P.S. Case No. 11 of 2021 with a condition that one of the bailor shall be the father of the petitioner (Arun Singh). (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishi/- U
