JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is grant of promotion in the grade pay of Rs. 4800/-. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have prepared seniority list in which name of the petitioner figures at sl. 179. He submits that respondents may be directed to consider the case of the petitioner alongwith other eligible candidates for grant of such pay-scale as all the formalities have been completed by the respondents in the matter of grant of
Patna High Court CWJC No.18261 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 such grade pay.
Considering the innocuous submission of the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents District Education Officer and District Programme Officer (establishment) Gaya to place the case of the petitioner alongwith the other eligible candidates before the District Education Establishment Committee for appropriate decision in the matter of grant of such grade pay as claimed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
