The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ of mandamus and any other other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions to the respondentsauthorities to get the encroachment be removed from the private and raiyati land of the petitioner, which was encroached by the respondents authorities without any consent or without initiating any encroachment proceeding or without any Land Acquisition

Patna High Court CWJC No.2768 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 proceeding upon the land bearing Mauza-Muzaffaranj, Thana No. 171, Khata No. 151, Khesra No. 671, Tauzi No. 4501, Jamabandi No. 152, Area 23.6 Decimal.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had filed a representation on 19.11.2018 before the respondent no. 2 i.e., The District Magistrate, Munger vide Annexure P/3 to the present writ application for redressal of her grievance. The said representation dated 19.11.2018 filed on behalf of the petitioner is pending till date. The respondent no. 2 i.e., The District Magistrate, Munger, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass final order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
