2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 208 of 2023 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC.

3. As per prosecution case, it is a case of dowry death to the deceased due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand by the petitioner and his family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband and petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that petitioner is aged about 60 years, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
