2. Learned counsel for the State submits that both parties appeared before the District Collector, Munger in Basgit Purcha Appeal No. 20/2013 and the present writ petition is not maintainable as the same is pending before the competent authority.

4. It is made clear that if petitioner fails to appear on the next date of hearing, the matter would be decided with the available records for the reasons that the present matter is pending consideration for the last about six years."

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has already mentioned that appeal is pending in the court of District Collector, Munger and during pendency of the appeal the petitioner has directly approached this Court as the petitioner has no any grievance and in the light of aforesaid, the present writ petition is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not maintainable.

4. However, disposal of the writ petition would not be hurdle for the petitioner to approach before appropriate authority within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
