The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 252 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, though the petitioner not having handed over charge of the
