The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. of Maheshkhut P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014 registered under Sections 392,395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and is in custody since 19.6.2014.

The rejection order reads as if some of the looted money was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel submitted that the recovery was of only Rs. 1800/- from the pocket of the petitioner and that sum

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand)j with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with the above noted case.
