JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-07-2023 The writ application has been filed for seeking enforcement of letter dated 16.12.2017 passed by CDPO, Bariya (Annexure 1) wherein respondent no. 6 was directed to function in ward no. 13 in place of ward no. 12 as 'Anganwadi Sevika'.
2. Assailing the continuation of respondent no. 5 as 'Anganwadi Sevika' for ward no. 12, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be availing his remedy before the Authorities under the extant guidelines.
3. This Court is of the opinion that in view of such
Patna High Court CWJC No.2483 of 2023(3) dt.17-07-2023 2/2 adequate efficacious remedy wherein all disputed issues being raised in the instant proceedings can be considered by the authorities, there is no occasion for this court to exercise its extra ordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
4. The petitioner would be at liberty to avail remedy in accordance with the guidelines.
