Case No.31 of 2014 as accused No.9. He was arrested on 11.7.2014. B.P. No.245/14, filed in the court of Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Naugachia, was rejected on 4.10.2014. Hence, this application for bail before this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

It is, no doubt, true that the petitioner's name finds place in the F.I.R. along with ten named accused and five or six unnamed persons. that the victim died of bullet injuries. However, no specific overt acts were alleged against the petitioner. Further, the investigation is said to have been concluded. Therefore, the petition is

The petitioner is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing the bail-bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) along with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. Ranjan, J.M. 1st Class, Naugachia, District- Bhagapur, in connection with Ismailpur P.S. Case No.31 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall report to the concerned police station between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on 2nd Sunday of every month. If the petitioner fails to report to the police station for two consecutive terms, his bail bond shall stand cancelled.
